UP:
– Cool design, lots of reflecting angles
– Thin, all-purpose watch
– Excellent bracelet
– Very accurate movement: mine is +2s/day
DOWN:
– Very sharp edges, especially on the case. Seem unfinished.
– The logo on the crown and bracelet should have been deeper
– Damaged indices (see pics)

Can this watch compete with the Tissot PRX? For double the price, the Tissot PRX has everything better: much better finishing, better movement (debatable), better reputation. If SM decides to fit an ETA/Sellita, the price will likely jump to $400+, which is dangerously close.
But I still feel satisfied with this for a beater watch. Hope for a more refined V2.

For a more in-depth review of this watch you can check out Gary from “I like watches” YouTube video… For my 7 inch wrist I removed 3 links to get an ok fit… the integrated bracelet does play with the light nicely… in the pictures the dial looks white but it’s actually silver just like the bracelet…you’re either gonna love it or indifferent towards this one

This watch is beautiful. Photos don’t do it justice! Time is good, keeping -3 + 10/s in various positions, averaging to about +4s a day.

Beautiful watch as always from San Martin. Got a perfect fit too. Fit and finish is just amazing. Gary at I Like Watches review this piece not long ago and after watching his video I had to pull the trigger. The bracelet plays with the light beautifully. Highly recommend this piece. This is my 4th watch from San Martin and certainly won’t be my last
