Why is the design different? I bought it thinking that it was the same design, only the color was different. I was disappointed with the Pagani design. I thought the black watch had the same design as the sky blue watch. I was very disappointed. I hope everyone will take a closer look and don't be fooled like me.

The watch is as described, however, this is the worst movement in any of my four paganis, the screw down crown grinds when you turn it, the first position is very hard to find, so setting the date was difficult, then when using the second position to adjust the time the date wheel was still moving while the hands moved! If this was my first pagani I would never have bought another. Very disappointing.

So far so good. But: They lumed the indexes with better lume than the hands. As a result you can see that the day has 12 hours (each half) but you can't see what time it is if you are in a dark environment. Because the lume of the hands is fading out very fast and the indexes stay lumed much longer and brighter. And this is exactly what you can see in the advertising video from Pagani. So at last, they are honest! I recently bought a PD1718 (Black Bay homage) where both, hands and indexes are lumed pretty well. Therefore my hope was, that this newer PD1727 will have the same quality of lume. My hope was disappointed. Besides this evergreen on every Pagani this watch is amaizing. To Pagani i want to say: If you want to save money, take the lume away from the indexes to the hands and leave the indexes unlumed. This would be much better. Remember the purpose of watches is reading the actual time!
